Lead the people strategies that keep NGN ready for the future
We are looking for a senior HR leader to join Northern Gas Networks (NGN) as Head of Resilience & Reward. This is a broad, high-impact role leading the development and delivery of our workforce resilience strategy and reward framework, ensuring NGN has the skills, leadership, capability and workforce resilience required to deliver our future business objectives.
Acting as strategic deputy to the HR Director, you will translate business priorities into practical people solutions. You will bring together workforce strategy, resourcing, reward, talent, succession, capability and people insight to support safe, efficient and sustainable business performance.
You will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across NGN, using evidence and insight to anticipate workforce risks, strengthen critical capability and create fair, sustainable approaches to reward and recognition.
A full UK driving licence is a requirement for this role

We are looking for
Desirable - Experience within a regulated sector such as utilities, infrastructure or engineering, knowledge of workforce planning methodologies, and exposure to AI and automation within HR processes would be advantageous. A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in reward, organisational development, workforce planning, change management, or a related discipline is also desirable
