Working closely with colleagues, trustees and external partners, you will provide expert advice on financial sustainability, investment decisions, organisational risks and future opportunities. About you:

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational leadership.

You will be:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)
An experienced senior finance leader with a track record of organisational impact
Comfortable advising boards, trustees and executive leaders
Skilled in financial strategy, business planning and commercial decision-making
Experienced in leading corporate services, infrastructure or organisational support functions
A collaborative leader who develops people and builds strong relationships
Committed to our values and purpose
