We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Lead join A category B male prison located in Leeds.

HMP Leeds is a busy remand prison, so we have a high turnover of men, which makes for a fast paced, challenging, but exciting environment!

Hours
The site currently offers Monday - Friday: core office hours
37.5 hours per week

Salary
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £33,510 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing

As a Data Lead your responsibilities will vary. You will:

• Autonomously to produce accurate reporting using standardised data entry templates (Excel) in line with Practice Plus Group policies and procedures.
• To extract and present accurate data from the Prison Healthcare computer system, TPP SystmOne and carry out data quality checks to ensure accuracy of data submitted
• Feedback & report data to the site and regional team
• Carry out system searches / reports as directed and entering the data on the provided data entry templates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
• Intermediate to advanced SystmOne knowledge, ideally Prison Module
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of the NHS and Prison environment
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Smartcards
• Organised and methodical
• Excellent Communication Skills
