As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences across our restaurant, events, and corporate functions.

What you'll do:

• Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and food service operations.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to company standards.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Support the delivery of conferences, banquets, and high-volume events.
• Bring energy, passion, and pride to everything you do.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong food preparation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety and health & hygiene regulations.
• A positive, team-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and creating great guest experiences.
