Women Centred Working is an initiative to encourage the design and delivery of more effective services for women facing multiple disadvantages.
WomenCentre offers insight, based on expertise in working with women and girls facing severe and multiple disadvantage across a range of sectors, that can be shared in order to develop local and national agendas, and make the case for women-centred solutions.

- WomenCentre are part of the Bradford Survive and Thrive consortium delivering specialist domestic abuse counselling across the Bradford District.
- For this role you will be expected to have experience of working with adult victim-survivors of domestic abuse, experience of triage or telephone helpline work, along with experience of working with multi-agency partners.
- You will be the first point of contact for referrals to the Counselling Service and will be required to support the team by allocating clients to counsellors’ diaries.
