- Responsible for ensuring private patients receive exceptional service during their treatment journey, from initial contact to follow-up care.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and be comfortable managing a busy workload.
- This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts on a rota basis, with potential travel to nearby clinics as needed.
