Our footprint covers the North East of England and Yorkshire, with almost 30,000 homes across diverse communities, all facing different opportunities and challenges.
Some customers just need an affordable home, or a way onto the property ladder. Others might need a bit more – financial advice, community services, sheltered accommodation or even training that can lead to a new job. - We’re looking to appoint 3 suitably qualified electricians to join and enhance our successful and growing Property Services Team working in our Responsive Repairs and Empty homes Maintenance team to work in our properties throughout North Yorkshire, particularly near to areas around Leeds and York.
- Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
- There is an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime.
