Delivery Operations Executive (Workforce Planning) - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of internal delivery processes, in the first instance workforce planning and resourcing. You will be supporting key Delivery Operations processes, including supporting the Workforce planning manager with day to day project placement and forward planning against consultant availability. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging Kimble, our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, to support the proactive matching of consultants to projects based on skills, experience, and availability.
  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure contractor recruitment activity is organised and aligned with project needs.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including Delivery and Client Partners and Heads of Profession, to understand resourcing needs and deliver creative, practical solutions.
  • Attending regular meetings to provide updates on resourcing and support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and data dashboards to highlight upcoming constraints or gaps.
  • Supporting other Delivery Operations processes as needed. 

Skills and experience that you need

  • Experience of working in a Central operations support function or similar, using tooling such as Kimble/Kantata (Salesforce) or similar professional service automation platforms (PSA). 
  • Comfortable using Google workspace and tools, or ability to adapt quickly to this.
  • Ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines and respond positively to changing demands. 
  • High attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and the capability to apply pragmatic solutions.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and liaising with numerous stakeholders.
