Refuse Driver

We are currently looking for a Refuse Driver. You will be working in Harrogate.

Monday - Friday

06:00am - 16:45pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £17.85ph paye

Job Purpose

• Drive a refuse collection vehicle safely and in accordance with road traffic laws and company procedures.
• Collect household, commercial, or recycling waste along designated routes.
• Work closely with the collection crew to ensure waste is collected efficiently and safely.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Ensure waste is transported and disposed of at the correct disposal or recycling facilities.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including the safe handling of waste and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
