The Role

You will be involved in a diverse range of work, including but not limited to:

• Professional services such as dilapidations, building surveys, schedules of condition, and party wall matters.
• Project work covering contract administration, refurbishment, and redevelopment schemes.
• Client-facing responsibilities, developing strong long-term relationships.
• Supporting and mentoring more junior team members (depending on level).

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualified (or working towards with strong relevant experience).
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a variety of instructions.
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
• A proactive, commercial mindset.
