Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 +

Looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyors with a strong background in valuations to join our leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for Senior or Associate level Surveyors who are looking for a change and be part of a company with a clear vision.

• Conduct valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending purposes.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with
  RICS standards.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

What you will need -

• RICS accredited degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience
  (PQE) in property valuation.
• Strong understanding of the secured lending process in both commercial and residential real estate.
